Order Filling and Delivery Times

Gday all.

I am new to LOR this year and i am getting a bit worried that i have not received my controllers yet.

I ordered 6 CTB16PC ( 240V AC) in mid October and still have not recieved them. I have submitted several tickets to the help desk and i have not got a answer off them yet, except they are waiting on cards.

Can anyone enlighten me on how long a order usally takes to fill and what is the rough delivery time to Australia.

I have not started to put my lights ( over 60,000 ) out this year as yet because when we decided to move across to LOR i changed my whole layout.

Any info or suggestions would be helpfull

The good news is... at least it's warmer in the Southern Hemisphere. The bad news is... if LOR is out of cards, it might take some time for them to be in stock. If they have the equipment on hand, they ship it out pretty quickly.

LOR did tell me that the cards were due to arrive week of 12th Nov.

Does anyone know if that was the case or are they still waiting.

Just got the email from LOR the order is ready to go. They have now got some cards in.
