LKFuchs Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 I purchased an upgrade to 3.8.0 Avanced leel and have been unable to install it. It downloads fine, but when trying to install, I get caught in an endless loop between accepting the license agreement and the LOR software trying to configure.I am running Windows XP SP3 and have visited the Microsoft site several times verifying that all Microsoft software is up to date. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple times and the same issue returns every time.Any help will be greatly appreciated.
s8830906 Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 Do a complete uninstall, but then make sure to restart computer. Make sure all traces have been removed, then download again and reinstall.
