I bought some metal framed stars in various sizes, 9 in through 24 inch and put sets of incandescent minis on them. They look like trash, cannot even tell they are a star. Now I am planning to do rope lights, I need 120V white rope light that I can cut to length. You will want to get the 3/8" dia. as it bends around sharp corners best. Make sure you order enough connectors and power cords. I like their "Flex-Tec" brand .
