I use S3 and love the changes from S2 and would wholeheartedly recommend the upgrade.However, I personally wouldn't upgrade something that is working perfectly well until after lighting season. Just too many things to tempt Murphy with this time of year as it is - I won't do it with arguably the most important element of the whole thing. YMMV.
