Max-Paul Posted October 25, 2012 Posted October 25, 2012 I have created a monster with the people on my little country lane. They have come to expect the lights to be turned on Thanksgiving evening when their families are over. Do dinner, the light show and then back home for pie. So, no pressure to get it done by then. Ya, right!
james campbell Posted October 25, 2012 Posted October 25, 2012 The sad part is.... many newbie's come here thinking that very thing. Just plug it in and it works. that is so right, it takes more time in front of the computer than all the other stuff combined

Jeff Messer Posted October 25, 2012 Posted October 25, 2012 I start the installing today on the house. I have to admit that I paid someone to do my programming this year. It was well worth it!!! Now I have to do my part and install it. About 180K of lights so most my time is testing them before and after install. LOLJeff

JeffF Posted October 25, 2012 Posted October 25, 2012 Can't wait to get home from work tonight... going to start the roof lights then and I'll continue getting lights up tomorrow too since I don't have to work... errrrr, that doesn't sound right since I'll be working 10x harder then when I'm at my day job.
Santas Helper Posted October 25, 2012 Author Posted October 25, 2012 errrrr, that doesn't sound right since I'll be working 10x harder then when I'm at my day job. Yep, not getting paid for it either. But it's a different kind of work. It's fun work. It will be almost like I'm glad to get back to work so I can take a break. But not really...I'm taking off tomorrow as well to get lights up.
