None that I know of. The standard business practice is to back peddle, make lame excuses, and ignore the issue. Instead, Dan, Mary, and crew are working hard to fill orders. Add to that the additional prize value and you've got a top notch company.

I'm more than happy with LOR.

I'd have to agree. I think my order got lost somewhere on a desk but, quick comment about it and 30min later I have a tracking number and now the prize money got double.
