George Simmons Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Only three more days until the end of mosquito, gnat, and wasp season!Forecast is for a low of 29 on Thurs night and 27 on Friday night. And if that isn't enough, or for the buggies who wake up alive on Saturday morning laughing and thinking they're hot sh*t, it's forecast to go to 22 on Sat night. Take that you winged b#^%&*s. Yes! Yes! Yes! Great bug-free weather for starting setup and for baseball playoffs is on the way!

k6ccc Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Would love to know what it's like to not have to worry about swarms of snow and freezing temperatures while putting up decorations. Not a problem for either here. Today's high at my house was 106.8 (http://wx.k6ccc.org) and tomorrow is supposed to be warmer...Getting below freezing is very rare, and snow looks very nice up on the mountains - WHERE IT BELONGS!Mosquitoes are seldom an issue around here - ever...
Shubb Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Forecast is for a low of 29 on Thurs night and 27 on Friday night. Jim- Maybe he means 20 Celsius? That would be mid 80's, closer to the 100's we've been having out here in Sunny California.Scott
