CCR Color Issues

HELP! I have 1 ribbon that does not play well with the others. See photos. I've moved this ribbon to another controller and get the same results. Also I sporadically get color flashes on other ribbons that are not programmed. This is a 7 CCR setup and working with the Nutcracker program to start my sequencing. I've got these on 2 networks and am testing using the Simple Show Builder.

Initially, I would say that you have legacy mode enabled...or using RRR GGG BBB instead of RGB RGB RGB. But you said that you moved the ribbon to another controller and it still acts the same. Double check your sequencing to be sure that you are pasting the correct events from Nutcracker. Nutcracker can output some intensive sequences. You have 7 CCR's hooked up to the same network? Personally, I wouldn't put more than 6 on the same network...but that is just me.

What I need is the experience of others as to - Is this a faulty ribbon or is something else going wrong. Also why do I get sporadically color on some of the other ribbons? For example short sections will turn green instead of red, but only every so often - not every time through the same sequence.

Could it be a network configuration, a power issue or something else?

I am not an expert but will make the following comments after looking at your sequence.

I only see you using one network for all 7 ribbons. All ribbon seem to be on Aux A network. There is an issue with the very first RGB pixel. "B" has no controller assigned. What exactly happened when you swapped the ribbon. Did it behave the same way on another controller? Did a second ribbon behave the same way when using the troubled ribbon controller? Have you double checked to be sure all controllers are set to normal mode?

I uploaded the wrong version of this file. I have 4 CCRs on Aux A (Comm 6) and 3 CCRs on Aux B (Comm 7)

Problem resolved - The 1 string was not set in the Normal Mode.

Just to be technically correct for others who read this............ I think you are saying the controller was not set to Normal Mode (thought the LOR Hardware setup). The string or ribbon has no settings.
