George Simmons
OKC? Nuts to that... I say let's keep him busy right here in Minnesota. Clearwater is a whole lot closer than OKC...
Max-Paul
Good job, teach them young a valuable skill and it will be with them for the rest of their lives.BTW want to see the completed job, front and back. I suspect he will be doing a better job than the 3 controller boards I am doing now. Seems that my eye sight is starting to hinder my soldering skills. Heck I am not wearing that magnifier visor to see that small of stuff. Edited September 5, 2012 by Max-Paul

scubado
I'm afraid it is! I'm having to use reading glasses for working on small stuff. It sucks.

I'm having to use reading glasses for working on small stuff. It sucks.I just had to get my first set of glasses at 48 years. Since my problem is close-up stuff, the visor worked really well for me. Yeah, I know, I probably look like a dork while wearing it, but gentleman, it helps a bunch. Saves what eyesight i have left too. Just a thought. LOR Staff
I've worn glasses since I was 12. I knew I was officially OLD when I got my first pair of Trifocals a few years ago......
