columbus27
How does everyone put their 3d stars on the roof? I wanted to put mine at the peak of my garage with one of these http://www.gettysburgflag.com/Residential_Brackets.php Adj bracket. But my roof has about a 2" overhang for the drip edge. So if I use this bracket then the star would not be 100% vertical. Does any one have any ideas? And when does Lowe's put out their lights?
MCas4380
When i was at Lowes last weekend the assosiate told me they where starting to get lights in. So i would say it shouldn't be to long.
MtDew4me
Richard Holdman did a nice writeup on how he put the star on his house. Maybe something like this would work for you.Look towards the bottom of the page to see how he mounts his star on the roof: http://www.holdman.com/christmas/star/Or, maybe something like this: http://www.mcmelectronics.com/product/30-930&scode=GS401&CAWELAID=220356144?cagpspn=pla&gclid=CJDk64z_irICFUJx4Aod8FEA4Q Edited August 28, 2012 by MtDew4me
