dgrant
I've just ordered a single CCR for use in one song but will probably get used in others. The song requires a rainbow type appearance. I would like to have it sweep the full color range from one end to the other. Looking at SSE as well as the sequencer, so far I'm not seeing any capability of doing this other than possibly manually selecting each pixel set in the regular sequencer. Even though I'm very computer savvy, I'm not seeing the SSE instruction/help system as helpful at all. I'm trying, but its not getting through to me...lol. Any hints, suggestions or whatever would be very helpful. I did the "TryforFree" so it won't be here for a while of course.
dgrant
I found the video help files which are of great benefit. They don't tell me how to do what I want, but get me going in the right direction. I'll figure it out.
ainsworth
Have you tried the color fade tool? You pick the starting color and the ending color and it will fade between those 2 colors. Example; start with red and end with orange in the first sequence segment, in the second segment start with orange and fade to yellow, etc. I don't use SSE, so I can't suggest anything to try using it. David Rise
There's a chase sample in the software that is perfect for doing the rainbow effect that I believe you are looking for. I've used it in several of my sequences.
dgrant
Thank You both for the suggestions. I just got the license upgraded for 2-CCR so let me see if those ideas will work for this!
