Great idea in creating the E1.31 forum. This should really help declutter the other areas for general users.

Probabably deserves a sticky topic with the subject "What the heck is E1.31" just to scare the uninitaited away

Cant agree more, this will need a sticky of some sort. The basics, required license, and the how to's.
