mini tree LED lights

HI newbie from the UK
I've got 8 mini tree frames 16" or 420 mm high, not sure what LED lights to put in them, can I buy small strings of RGB or do have to make them !:?

Depends what you want to do with them.

You can purchase Smart or dumb pixels, nodes, or ribbons. After you have a plan together, I suggest researching to see which type fits your needs.
