Guest guest Posted January 4, 2007 Share Posted January 4, 2007 I currently have 80 channels in my display, but only used 36 for the show portion. I am going to hit my wife up to buy me 4 more boards (at least) this year, and I will bump my show channels up to at least 96. What is everyone else planning on adding this year? I will be adding in my mini trees and my mega tree into my show this year (they already have 16 channels each). I will leave at least 2 controllers for the static portion that is animated and use the rest in my show. Like most of you, I didn't even have my lights down before I already had one song programmed using the new channel set up for this year. I plan on buying at least 4 of the 16 channel kits when they are available (or on sale maybe)As I design my show, I keep seeing where I need at least the 96 to do what I want and that is shorting myself some of the additional color control I want. I can see where I would realistically need 192 to do what I want to do.Guess I am caught up in all of it though....My wife giggles at me when I mention Christmas stuff now. I hope to be good enough this year to get another 16 channel board. 2007 my first year with hopefully 32 channels.
