Gary Blair
Assuming they are the 33" cages I would use 200 of each color.
Guest guest
I've done various sized cages, from 33 inch to 60 inch, all 3 color, RGB, ranging from 1-3 100 ct strings per color. For smaller, 33-36, 100 ct per color.
TGabriel
As many as it takes until you are satisfied with it. Mine took around 400 lights.Thomas

For me, on a 33" tree, it's 200 per color. But that's only my opinion. Good luck. And remember, if you like it, others will too. You'll be your own worst critic. David Rise
3ft cage. 2-70 count strings for each color. About 2" spacing between the wraps.Took me 3 times before I got it wrapped correctly, then it was a piece of cake after than.
Jim Saul
Hi TJ, depending on how new you are, you may want to compare the prices to RGB strips, if you are going with LEDS and need to buy lights and controllers, 2 dumb rgb strip will cost you less and give you lots more control. TJ Hvasta
Whaaa??!! There's another TJ here now? Thats unacceptable!! I cannot be duplicated! it'll look like I'm arguing with myself! I talk to myself enough as it is, thank you very much! (yer welcome). ok, who said that?? (I did) Show yerself ye coward! (look in the window) aaaaagghhh.. boy, I need a shave!ok, ok..I originally made 8 32" minitrees, 4 colors (rgbw), 100 lights per string, but it looked thinly lit, especially with the garland on it, so I added another string per color.. 2 strings per, 800 total.. looks lots better.. make 8 more trees, with 2 strings per color. 'twas easier beginning with double strings than adding another per color.Signed, th' original Teege
