changing time scale

I have been searching but may be trying the wrong search parameters. Is it possible to change the time scale from 10 blocks in a second to 20. I am adding an animated face to an existing sequencing and don't want to start over but would like to have better control over the mouth movement.

I forget the default location for this, as I tend to move things around in the Sequence Editor. However, look for the button called "Timings" and click on it. One of the options will be "Add New Fixed Grid" - click on that.

Then you will be given the option to create timings .20 seconds apart.

you are the MAN!!. found it under edit - timing - switch time grid then clicked on switch to a new fixed timing grid and set it from 0.10 to 0.05. Thank you very much.
