LORisAwesome
HiI was testing some LED strings yesterday. Had a couple of strings that would light, but, I noticed they would go off and on if the plug was wiggled.Any idea what might be causing this, and how to fix them?ThanksJerry
Caleb Linburg
Are they the cheap fairy light type with the plug adaptor?
LORisAwesome
No, they are 70 ct LED M6 strings from CDI.Jerry
George Simmons
I'd check to make sure the fuses are fully seated.
jimswinder
I had some like that two years ago...contacted Paul and he replaced them no questions asked...didn't even have to send the bad ones back...
Dennis Cherry
The best thing to check first is the fuses being seated correctly, They should not fall out, or be loose. Sometimes the fuses during assembly will not be completely seated, just get a small screwdriver and push them down in the slots provided, they should be snug.Let us know what you find. LORisAwesome
Thanks. I'll definately check the fuses and report back.Jerry
llewis
If not the fuses, it may just be a poorly made string that happened to mess up during manufacturing. If that's the case, definitely contact who you purchased them from.
bobschm
Hack off the plug, slap on a vampire and see if it works. Real men don't use fuses. ZZZZZTTTT!!

Your going to try to put a vampire plug on two small individual wires. This I got to see.. And we are not talking about soldering the wires to the brass prongs either.
