I can't wait for baseball! Heading to Florida at the end of the month for WDW and Spring Training.

Walt Jockety knows how to put together a good team and Scott Rolen was one of my favorite players. I was sorry to see them leave St. Louis

The Cards/Reds rivalry has heated up in recent years and that always makes for good baseball.

your right,I have always respected the Cards, I hope Rolen can play more this year.
I am sure that you hate Phillips and Ceuto as much as I do Molina and Carpender:)

You hit that nail on the head!

I do like Dusty Baker though. I met him in an "adult beverage" establishment in downtown St. Louis after a game when he was managing the Cubs. Real nice guy.

I think Dusty has done a super job, I bet the rivalry will be very heated this year, even after losing Albert the Cards still ain't too shabby, should be a two team race

I'm thinking STL and CIN will indeed be an interesting race.

Actually, I think there might be a few real good races this year. AL Central seems to be the only exception.

This is something I'd be expecting to see written on April 1, not Feb 13...

Thanks Jim, but I have NO intention of sticking my plug into that socket until I know more about where it's been.

It may well be. I'll be happy to see them beat up on each other.

All I want is to be able to watch the Yankees play baseball in October.

That almost sounds comforting the way you say it...

Until I remembered a neighbor's dog has ALSO been all over my yard and I wouldn't plug into THAT either...

That is one set of choices where I'd actually be more likely to bet on the second prediction before the first. :P
