shakeonit
Just wanted to make sure the CCR does multicolor, like a regular multicolor light strand looks. I don't want one solid color, quickly changing or cycling, I want my strip to show green, red, blue, white, orange all at the same time, or something similar...Anyone? WilliamS
CCR is capable of I believe 16.4 million colors becuase of shading between the Red, Green, and Blue. Also the CCR is made up of 50 Pixels, each pixel can be changed to any color. So you can techinically have 50 different colors in one shot if you wanted. Don
You can program a CCR to show any color you want, including multiple colors on a single ribbon at the same time.

marquisite
What the CCR won't do, unlike multiple strings of regular light is allow you to have more than one colour per section.E.g., with regular lights you may have red and green lights turned on all at the same time. (Red) green red green red green. With the CCR, you could alternate each section (of 3 leds assuming a 50pixel resolution) red green red green, but the individual section would only be one colour. If you turned red and green on in the same section you would get the colour yellow. So yes you can make virtually any colour under the sun but each controllable section (by default 3 leds is one section, you can increase the amount of leds per section above this but the minimum is 3) can only be one colour at a time. (Red Red Red) (Green Green Green) (Red Red Red) (Green Green Green).Hope this answers the question along with the posts above this one.
