See the feature list here:

So upgrading your license would give you more features.

Yes, the sequences that WowLights.com (who, by the way is a Light-O-Rama Partner) are LOR sequences. So, yes, they would work.

1 - http://www.lightorama.com/ShowtimeSoftwareSuite.html - Shows the differences there. Number of controllers you are allowed to use and being able to use DMX are the main differences. Just go ahead and get the advanced. saves you money up front. 3 weeks after you buy it you will decide you want to do more than your current license will allow you to do. Advanced there is no limit.

2 - Yes. They will work with LOR. They are a LOR certified dealer.

I bought a number of WOW sequences a couple of years ago and found them to be excellent. They were easily adaptable to my channel configuration and I thought the timings and beat were first rate. My only complaint with them is that IMO, some of their music selection has gotten a little fringe for my tastes. I really wish they would expand their offerings with some more mainstream stuff. I am not saying that the music is no good, just that knowing my crowd of viewers, I think I would get a lot of negative comments.
