Guest guest
I always thought that Blue Christmas by Elvis had a country sound to it.Hobbes

Guest guest
"Santa Claus Is Coming to Town" by Brookes and Dunn is good. Martina McBride has done some very nice songs too.
Guest guest
I second that!I would like to get a few country songs/sequences, and also a few kids songs/sequencesMy real goal is to get a few kids songs and have a talking reindeer like Marty has setup. I am close to completing the reindeer silhouette, but have to get the songs and sequences. Hmmm... maybe I should start a new thread about this :-)
Guest guest
Brenda Lee's Rockin Around the Christmas Tree is a classy country tune. The Tractors Swing'n Home for Christmas is a hick tune and Grandma Got Run OVer by a Reindeer is a cute tune. Willie Nelson does a remake that is OK, but I lke the original. Others suggested Rockin Around the Christmas tree and Elvis, you might loose on a technicality that these never were Country Music and in fact Rock and Roll in its infancy.
