I got my EDM Transmitter Today

Ok I have my EDM transmitter I have the soldering done and and power up and have not check to see if I hear sound or not but want to know what the red switch is for and what does the usb cable do? Thanks

WHICH model EDM transmitter do you have? The answers might be different depending on model.

What does the operating manual say they are for?

My EDM is the TX-LCD series, it does not have a red switch or a usb cable.

EDM-TX-LCD-P and I done some search on here and found the manual to download and the red switch is to switch from 10w to 100w and the usb for the RDS stuff.

Ya EDM website is not very good on finding info and never could find the manual on the website but found it on here and not sure why they dont send a manual with the product.

To clarify it is 10 and 100 mw, not watts!

We don't want anyone to get the wrong idea! :D

If you email EDM, they will give you the link for the manuals. I couldn't find it on their website either.
