Subscript Out of Range ???

I set up my first LOR controller/show ever (yes I am behind the times). The Auto Configure assigns to comport 8, and refresh = 01-Device Unknown. Unit ID will not set. Test works successfully. When the scheduled show tries to run it says: Handle Error - Subscript Out of Range. I would love to get the show running and I hope that you can help.

Regarding the "subscript out of range" error message, you mean this appears in the status window, right?

If so, could you please try it again, and then hit the "Copy Log" button (at the bottom), and paste it into an email and send it to me (bob@lightorama.com)?

What version of LOR are you using? And what operating system?

Also, you might want to check to see if the LOR Verifier finds anything out of the ordinary.

Thank you Bob. You are correct in the fact that the message appeared in the status window. I will run home in about 45 minutes so that I can copy the log and email it to you. Thank you very much!

p.s. I had an old version of LOR on my computer that I played with a bit prior to purchasing my controller. I deleted the old version prior to uploading the new version about two weeks ago. I created the show on the new version (or so I think I did).

Thank you Bob for all of your help. My show is up and running. Just need to tweak the show a bit now. I am also having a problem with getting the video portion of the show to work which I hope to get advice on in the forum. Thanks again VERY MUCH for your help!!!
