Working on Planning Out 2012 Display

I am currently in the process of planning out and designing my 2012 display. I figured that since my display is up and running, I would get started.

I only ran 32 channels this year, but I am thinking about upgrading it to 64 channels for next year, and that will possibly include an electrical upgrade.

I am interested in doing a "Santa's Sleigh/Santa's Runway" concept, because I have these "Santa Runway" lights in my yard this year that are red and green and alternate. However, in my own words, these lights are not customizable easily, so I am wondering if I can possibly make my own. Also, anyone know of an easy source of "reindeer" wireframes and "Santa's Sleigh"? If not, I may just build my own.

Also interested in doing LED "Wash" lights (floods/spotlights) to wash-out the front of my house. What do people recommend to use?

In the plans for 2012 is a 12-channel Mega Tree, the Peanuts Nativity Pageant, Rope Light Mini Trees, and so much more. I am so glad I started planning this out this year and not wait.
