I can get one LOR to run the sequence. The second LOR has the CAT5 cord connected to the first LOR. The first LOR red light stays on when the sequence is playing but the second LOR red light just blinks. Ideas??

I thought about it but it says to make sure only ONE cat5 cord is plugged in. Should i try with both??
yep, hit the refresh button and you should see both controllers. if not then there is an issue with the second controller.

Are you talking about the company or the controllers? You're too vague to answer.

Try a different Cat5 cable between #1 and #2. BTW you have connected to each controller one at a time and set the addresses so that they are different? They usually come from LOR as #1 so if you have not set the address on the 2nd one it will also be #1 and thats the reason you do not see a #2. But be sure to do this with only the 2nd box connected.

For trouble shooting, only connect to #2 controller and use the HWU and see if you can see this controller.
