It is actually cheaper to buy another controller than it is to run 16 100ft extension cords @ $16.97 each.

When building display elements - (like attaching snowflakes to boards for placing on the roof) make sure you can replace bulbs without having to disassemble.

Buy extra fuses for controllers before they blow the night of your show.

Day after Christmas sales - focus on buying extension cords - not lights - order lights from pre-sales.

Keep the wife involved - much easier to justify all the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Looks great. Your mega tree at the 2 Min. mark is a spiral & also you wrapped the lights around your tree. How many ch. do you have for the ones going around?
I have a spiral & I think of adding yours to my show next year.

Look into SPT wire, it is much MUCH MUCHHHHH cheaper than extension chords, plus you can custom make them to any size you want.
