jkonicky
This is my rendition of Yule's Amazing Grace. It's okay. I got the audio off a little when I dubbed it over my video. The real display is spot on. This is a 32 channel display and the light tree and it is approximately 22 feet high and contains 5,100 lights. The star was fabricated out of welding rods. There are about 14,000 lights total (almost entirely LED). Let me know what you guys think
scubado
Looks fantastic and good sequencing. The only thing I noticed in the first half, the bushes are either on or off. If you do have fading supposed to be happening in the sequence, you may need to add a snubber on those channels. Snubbing is new to me this year too. jkonicky
We couldn't dim the LEDs because they started flickering. What is snubbing?

jkonicky
Thanks. did you make some of the snubbers mentioned in the article on PlanetChristmas?
scubado
Read this thread, it's short, the second post has the same link above. I talk about my experiment.http://forums.lightorama.com/forum80/29854.html
John Slade
Ya, I ended up making about 20 of them... Worked like a charm. All of my LED are full wave/dimmable lights and yet they still flicker when more than 3 lights are plugged into one channel(with long fades). Add snubber... Everything works like it should! jkonicky
Thanks everyone. I'm starting to enjoy doing this. I wish the synchronizations weren't so hard to do. I have a few more in the works, but who knows when they will be done.
