I have assigned my iDMX1000 to its own network, Aux C. When I set the iDMX1000 up in the sequence, do I assign it to a DMX Universe or assign it as a controller, such as Unit EO and then assign individual channels? I am trying to set it up to run the Rainbow Brains which control the Rainbow Floods.

You set it up as a LOR controller, but this controller has 512 channels. and it will be a Regular Network not a Universe.

The IDMX does the conversion to DMX for your devices.

Thanks Dennis; I used it the first year it came out, but not since. A lot has changed since then.
