Paul Roberson
No, but zara radio is free and easy and does a good job.I know that is not what you asked, so feel free to ignore it.
Charles Belcher
I dont want to hear those tones all nightIt's been a couple of years Since I played with ZaraIs there a way around the tones at this time?
Bret LeFevre
Why use the tones? I use start and stop time events. Granted it's not exact but with a little testing you can get really close. For some reason the tones stopped working on my computer so I started using events and have for years. The timing doesn't have to be exact since it is just fill music. It just needs to start a little bit after a show and quit about 15 seconds before the next show. Can you describe how you do this with events in my emailcharlesb@onstagesystems.comThank you,Charlesedit: for grins I would still like to see if anyone is launching music from ITunes via the shell; but whatever gets the job done is good for me. Paul Roberson
Yeah, I don't use the tones anymore either(they don't work with my current sound card). I use scheduled start and stop times.:cool:Could you not use a shell command to start Zara? My Zara is set up to start playing the last playlist on start up. So just start it up and it starts playing right away.

Even with power outages it starts back up just like LOR so it's automated.
