What digital IO cards to use?

I have a Cyber Research CYDIO 48HP card and want to expand. (I'm a former Dasher user.) My question is do you need the high current cards? Or

Should I buy a Measurement Computing PCI-DIO48H or Cyber Research CYDIO 48HP or can I use the non H version?

(Computer to controllers are 300-350 feet.)
