timmydatoolman
I have 16 channels ( spread accross 4 controllers) each with 400 led c9's, 15 of them work fine. I have one that will not shut completely off when they go off only about 200 of them shut off, the rest get a bit dimmer, turn them on and they all light? what is going on here, the only way to shut them off is to unplug the controller. Thanks for your help
cmoore60
2 things come to mind.A snubber is the first thing. Second thing. You may try rotating the plug 180 degrees in the receptacle for those lights. Unplug the offending lights and rotate the plug 180 degress and plug back in.Chuck

cmoore60
A snubber can be nothing more than a C-9 bulb plugged into the same dongle as the lights. The snubber adds some resistive load to the circuit so the triacs will completely turn off.Chuck
