ok you need to go to the hardware utility right click on the bulb, set your max unit id to five, under auto configure port hit refresh, once it finds the port the refesh the network and it should find three units

If the light is blinking while the show is running, then you have a bad cable somewhere. They should be on solid.

Setting the max units in the HU will not fix the problem. What level of license and how many controllers do you have?

Also check your comport settings in the Sequence editor

I knew that was not the fix, just wanted to see if the hu would pick up the controllers,so setting the hu to max just speeds up the process,I guess you forgot what it was like having less than 100 controllers:)

LOL. I have to quit answer posts when I'm beaten like an egg. :D

I did that with one unit and was unsuccessful. I'll have to replace those rotary dials next year.

Still at a loss. Changed settings to 5,Hit the auto configure port told me to only have one controller hooked up so I did so and the light came on solid and it found port.hit refresh again found box, then tried pluging in other controller box and both of them started to flash. At a loss again.I have a total of 3 controllers.

sounds like a bad cat5 cable. try putting the second cotroller first inline see if that helps.

if you are getting a solid light on you controller then the port is ok, do you have all the controllers daisy chained or are you just checking them one at a time?

ill go and give that the 1 2 punch...
