Shimmer feature

I like the shimmer feature, but it causes the lights to shimmer too fast. They almost look like there is a problem with the circuit when the shimmer feature is used.

Is there a way to slow down the shimmer?

Just like the fade, you can adjust it from 100%, I need to adjust the speed of the shimmer.
