gmacw Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 Is there a place here in the forum or on the LOR site that tells you what new, fixed and/or updated things done for each firmware update. I have different firmware versions between my CCRs as well as my 1602W controllers. Thinking if I need to update all firmwares to newest? What does each update do???
JBullard Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 Open your Hardware Utility.Click on the Firmware tab.In Step 2 click on the Open button. All the available firmware for each type of controller is listed.Select the appropriate firmware version for your controllers. One exception, for the CCRs the most current firmware version is 1.07.See here to get it.http://forums.lightorama.com/forum89/24338.html
gmacw Posted November 18, 2011 Author Posted November 18, 2011 thanks for the info it was informative but maybe I came across wrong. I was wondering if there is infor telling what changes were made between each update of the firmware. (i.e. fixed a bug, added atomic clock, etc. etc.)
bob Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 Generally speaking, we've been trying to include descriptions of the firmware changes in our help file's What's New page when the new firmware file is included with a new version's installer.
kcny Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 bob: I think the op means the hardware firmware, not the software fixes.
jeffl Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 Is there going to be a firmware update for the v1 CTB16PC models with the curve feature added?

When we include a new version of firmware in the installer, we try to remember to also update the What's New page to include a description of the firmware's changes.
