jajohnson Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 My show was completely disabled, due to my incompetency, until today. Praise Jesus, Bob was around. He was able to diagnose my problem, and suggest a fix that worked. Our Administrators and Support do a fabulous job. I don't think they get the recognition they deserve from LIGHT ADDICTS like us. Without this hobby, we would be lost and our spouses would be insane, because we would have nothing to do. Thank these folks for what they do.
Jim Saul Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Agreed! I emailed Dan last month telling him how amazing of an employee he has after Bob bailed me out and answered my email in 2 minutes at 9pm on a Saturday.
