jeff bush
Hooked up a new CTB16PC to assign channel # from hardware utility and it says "unable to locate address, check connections and power cords". I can plug the same Cat5 into my first unit and same power cords and it works fine. Also, I have yet to see the red led light come on the unit.It is a ready to go unit, I did not assemble.Anyone know what it might be?
shfr26
Did you check the fuses?? And when you say "channel #", do you mean controller id?
jeff bush
I have not checked the fuses. Straight out of the box I figured the internals were all good but I can check. And yes controller id, sorry. Thanks
LarryDrumAZ
Check the fuses. UPS/FedEx can be rough on packages. Also make sure the plugs you are plugging the controller into. GFCI Tripped, Breaker Tripped, Etc.If no luck, contact LOR, they stand behind their products 100%.
