My wife asked me why don't I play some music on our outdoor speakers for halloween? well I have never done anything for halloween so the question I is what kind of songs constitute as halloween music? open to all suggestions. :)

A little late but anything from Midnight Syndicate would be good: http://www.midnightsyndicate.com

I also use the above and those below as off hours music:

No One Lives Forever

Living in a Haunted House by: Elvira, Mistress of the Dark

The Skele-tones by: John Vosel & the Vintage Buzz Band

Ghosts by: John Vosel & the Vintage Buzz Band

Bodicea

Pet Semetery

Cool to Be a Witch 2.0

Trick or Treat

Lullabye from Rosemary's Baby

Come Little Children

Witches, Witches, Witches

Born to be Alive

The Good Times Goosebumps Motel

Shake Your Bones

Munsters (TV Theme)

Addams Family (TV Theme)

Little Dead Girl

Somebody's Watching

Mona the Vampire

End title theme song from movie "Super Hybrid" (don't know
actual song title)

End title theme music from movie Buried Alive "Oh Yea"

Ghostbusters

Dark House

Bad Things (Jace Everett)

Dangerous Type (from movie "The Craft")

Dark Secret (from movie "The Craft)

Witches Song (from movie "The Craft)

Songs from the CD "Monster Kids Music" has 13 great Halloween themed songs (Purchased at Walgreens for $2.00)

Funeral March of a marionette

Nightmare on my Street

DOA by: Bloodrock

The Kingdom of Witches

Most Haunted (TV theme -EDIT)

That should give you a good starting point for next year (2012 Halloween)

Have fun!

I'm a newbie here. We have a really interresting Halloween custom in my area since the houses are far apart, hills, long driveways with gates, etc. We have a hayride and take all the kids and parents around the neighborhood. So...I only have time for one, good song and decided that my first show will have Funeral For A Friend/ Love Lies Bleeding in my Hands by Elton John. That gives me about 10 minutes to knock their socks off!!
