Hi , felas i have some idea I need one Electrical expert if i can do this

can I connect 8 neutral lines in one neutral point chaneel? and the other 8 positives lines in every positive 8 channels like image?

I need that because i have ony electrical cable UTP 9 Lines into

NO, NO, NO

However, (assuming you are using a single colour strip with only + and - connections on a LOR DC board), you can connect all the +ves as a common line and run each of the -ves separately.
On the LOR DC board, all the +ves on a bank of 8 channels are connected together on the board. Light control is done by switching the -ves.
