magish01
Yep, it was my fault....but it didn't matter. Messed up one of the parts on my DIY build and The gang at LOR was "Johnny on the Spot" and sent me a replacement, no questions asked and FREE. THAT is customer service!. Thank you ! DavidK
Had the same great service when I pulled a newbie mistake last year with one of my boards. Wish everybody had such great service!
Jimmy Tobolka
That's the great thing about LOR. They support their product even when it's our fault.
TheDisneyMagic
Definitely cannot knock them for the incredible support they offer, a couple of years back I had a couple of issues, contacted them and they were more thank helpful. Hats off to the team.
LORisAwesome
I agree, the LOR folks definately have top notch customer support.I soldered a part in upside down on my first kit and then ruined it getting it out again. They sent me a new one free.Their DIY kits are great. I have built 14 controllers over the last few years, and have been able to get them all working. This is all due to their excellent assembly and troubleshooting instructions.Jerry
