Saving channel set up ?

Hi all ,
well I've got my software now fully licensed and have started working out my sequences , I've set up the channels ,i.e colours and names for what they cover .
but after finishing my first song sequence and saving it I went to start another sequence and have had to rename all the channels again , Is there anyway of saving the channel setup so I can just reload them for each individual song.

Many thanks

Jerry

I don't have the software here at work but I believe it is under either FILE or EDIT there is the choice to export channel configuration. Open the sequence that you just finished and export the channel configuration calling something like "setup 2011". Open a new sequence and import your saved configuration and you will be all ready to go.

Thanks Jim , I've managed to save the configuration but when I open a new sequence I cant see the channel setup as LOR looks for either .las files or a music file so I can setup the beats for it , Kinda scratching my head here .Sorry for sounding daft .

Oh My God , how stupid have I been , I've just seen the point to mark when you select a new song for the beat setup where you use the saved channel configuration.
Thanks for the help guys , feel like a right idiot.:D

you can also IMPORT your configuration AFTER you have created a new song...

EDIT>IMPORT CHANNEL CONFIGURATION

We've all done that kind of stuff--only worse--so don't feel bad about asking a question. This group is great at answering whatever is causing trouble.
