Ted W Posted October 21, 2011 Share Posted October 21, 2011 I bought 5 controller kits this year as a newbie. This was supposed to be a Father and Son learning together project. It went south in a hurry and 2 controllers would not work. evan.a Posted October 21, 2011 Share Posted October 21, 2011 Light O Rama has a great relationship with thier product and the customers. i bought my 1602w controller back in 2007. my dogs pulled out one of the connector of the output rj45 plug running around in 2010. I sent Dan a pm about it, and he told me to ship it back and they would fix it. I offered to pay for the work. He told me don't worry about it. And than you have the forum... A lot of very wisemen and vets, ready to jump in to help out to help a person that they have never met. Making friends is key. Sharing work is also helpfull to all the newbees. We are all newbees... even vets and myself... learning how and what is the key. Sharing knowleadge with each othere's is how we can make a great season for all. And the real reason why we do this.
