Copy-paste chase?

here is an example of what I am trying to do. I remember last year, I figured it out, can't remember this year how I did it. If I copy the entire chase as shown here, than try to paste where the arrow is, it will erase the cells below it. there is a way of pasting it so it does not erase the chase all ready there, just don't remember how to. Copying to foreground or back ground doesn't seem to matter.

I check the paste from foreground tab and then it lines them up without erasing anything
