Ted W
I may have messed up my sequencing. Here is what I did. I created a musical sequence for 80 channels. I named each channel for a section of my house. When done, I considered this to be the master file. For each additional song I did a "save as", gave it a new name, and inserted a new song.I did this 5 times, so now I have 5 files, each with their own file name. What I think is a problem is they are all on Track 1. Does this matter and if so, what do I need to do?

Everything is working as expected."Tracks" in LOR speak, do not refer to musical tracks, but rather tracks of channels within each sequence. Since is sequence is its own file, each will have "Track 1" and others if you add them.
