CCR Manual Suggestion

Now that S3 is out, when a CCR is added to the sequencer, the macro channels are labeled LR, MM, MS, ME, CM, CS and CI.

On the next update of the CCR manual, in the pages discussing the Macros, it'd be nice to see those referenced as such, rather than "channel 155" - or use both "channel 155 (CM)"
