Ted W
Still trying to get the music broken down to a sequence that makes sense. After a lot of help from everyone here about Beat Wizard, it still does not work for me, I am back to tapping.Do you guys break down the song into various items, for instance, drums, flutes, horns, bells, etc?I thought I had it figured out, using the spacebar to stop the music allwed me to stop and move the timing. What I find is that when I start the song from the beginning, the timing is different and all my work is wasted. Any ideas?
JBullard
Are you using an MP3 music file. Is it a constant bit rate? A variable bit rate will cause the problems you are describing.Try sequencing with a wave file.

I've been using LOR since 2006, and STILL cannot get the beat wizard to work well enough. I'm not saying that others aren't using is successfully, I'm just saying that it's not for me. The tapper is your friend D.T.

I've been using the cbr with very minimal issues

If the time shift problems being experienced goes away using a wav, then it would point to the MP3 as an issue.I just always use wav for sequencing. If you run the show from a computer, then the wav will still work, and no need for a MP3 at all.
