I'm assuming the clipboard is like a shortcut. You put part of one sequence on it and use it in another sequence, kinda like an advanced cut and paste. How do you cut and paste to the clipboard. I was trying to read the help on it and it shows how to take from the clipboard, but didnt see how to put onto the clipboard. Thanks.

Take a look at the attached picture.

If I were to "copy" something, it would go into Clipboard #1. If I were to select Clipboard #2 and "copy" that would go into Clipboard #2.

However, every time you "Copy" something, it will overwrite what's in your current clipboard. Unless ... you have it locked. (Notice the "Locked" icon in the graphic.) You can "copy" all day long, but if you have selected a locked clipboard, it will paste only what's in that clipboard.

As with most programs that run on Windows, CTRL-C will copy, CTRL-V will paste. Just select the cells you wish to copy, and "copy."

You could also use "Edit -> Copy" and "Edit -> Paste"
