sasmuse
Hi,Finally completed the first of four "maggie" trees for this year's display. They will be "singing" a few holiday favorites. A special thanks to everyone who inspired and advised me through this process including Brian Mitchell (you'll notice the slight resemblance to Bernard), Chuck Note and Adam Cangiani (coroplast experts), George Simmons and Cracker's singing pumpkins. Each face takes 8 channels: open eyes/closed eyes/top lip/mid lip/bottom lip/oh shape/ah shape/tree outline. Pics attached.Comments welcome!Sally Attached files

Guest Don Gillespie
Its great you could have called it the Sally tree
sasmuse
It's called the "maggie tree" because my niece, who is incredibly artsy, helped with the design. If it would have been up to my art ability the tree would be something more appropriate for halloween. So nice to have an artist/illustrator in the family.
