2 Channel Display held up with scotch tape

While at a recent family dinner, my dear old mom (who is 65, I'm 38) made an offhanded remark about the static Christmas lighting displays of my youth consisting of "1 string of lights on the house held up by scotch tape" ....

No LOR in those days kiddies, but my displays (as a teenager in the 80's) consisted of multiple strands of multi color incand. lights ...I would frame the doorway, railings and part of the main house...I would also place lights on the 4 or 5 bushes in the front of the house ... . In addition, my Dad would do up our big display window upstairs with an old fashioned light up santa and frosty .... so clearly Mom's memory is a bit unreliable these days .....

Is it just me or would it be hilarious to set up a 2 light string / 2 channel show at her house this year complete with speakers playing wizards in winter or something else that fast. LOL.

(Or maybe I'm going nuts, I don't know! )

I thought going nuts was a LOR prerequisite?

And don't forget to attach the lights to the house with scotch tape! ;)

Don't get cheap, get her a Mr. Christmas.

But he'd have to modify it to get audio output to the transmitter... and he'd have to live with the lame Mr. Christmas songs.... not Wizards. LOR is definitely necessary for this display. :D

Funny how last year's "cool" is this year's "lame". Mr. Christmas I'm sorry... we have grown apart. :(
