Help. I need a cheap 2 channel star, or an easy way to make one.

I need a new star to put on top of my 15' tall spruce tree. I want it to be 2 channels but it also has to be pretty light. I just plan to zip tie it around the tree top. I had just a cheap walmart star on it but it broke last year. I'm thinking about 12"-15" for the size but not sure of an easy/fast way of making one. Also how many lights would I need to use for each channel. I'm thinking maybe 50 for the outer and 25-35 for the inner depending on what I can find. If you have any ideas please let me know, or if you would have such a star for sale also please let me know. Thanks, Tom
