LORi P
I was wondering if any of you have experience ordering from a couple of companies I have found on-line:Forever LEDhttp://www.foreverled.comOrHoliday Light Expresshttp://www.holiday-light-express.com/I am specifically interested to see if any one has used lights from these companies multiple years.... failure rates.... overall satisfaction..... etc.I have found minimal info on Holiday Light Express when searching the forum. And NO info on Forever LED.I know that many on here recommend CDI highly, but he either does not have what I need right now, or his prices are higher that I want to pay right now. I do plan on buying at the CDI pre-sale next year, but I am interested in people's experience with Forever LED and Holiday Light Express for the lights I need now.Any information about Forever LED and Holiday Light Express is appreciated! JBullard
A M5 is not the same as a M6. I got M5 one year by mistake and hate them. I prefer M6. Just my opinion.

I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with them.

JBullard
As mentioned, 1 mm.The M5s I have in inventory have a very sharp point on the tip. The M6s have a rounded tip.I build wireframes, and use lots of color caps. They are very snug on the M6, and fall off of the M5s.Also, I only use full wave, sealed LEDs.Nothing from the retail stores, on-line presales only. imawlkr2
mcompanik wrote: Has anyone used Holiday Direct http://www.christmas-lights-online.com ? I was going to place an order tomorrow.I just did a quick comparison of the prices with CDI and they are pretty much the same if you divide Paul's price by 12 to get the per strand set. Also there is a code to get 10% off at CDI. If you don't have it PM me and I will send to you. I just bought 24 strands of C6 green from Paul last week for my mega tree. Joe Polenchar
I purchased all of my lights from HDL. Prices are in line with most other places. Service is excellent. Shipping cost is not bad. He ships UPS ground unless you tell him otherwise. You also can mix and match to get the discount. Customer service is also excellent. Just my thoughts. Hope this helps out. paulanator
Yes, Dave, they are great lights, very similiar to CDIs.The nice thing is you can order odd numbers to get just what you need. Great folks, and they dim, and are sealed and work great.
